Recognize the Red Flags Before It’s Too Late

There’s a moment in many relationships where something shifts. You can’t always explain it. You just feel it. Something is off. Something doesn’t sit right. But instead of trusting that feeling, you pause. You think it through. You give the benefit of the doubt. And slowly, what you felt so clearly in the beginning starts to get quieter.

I work with women who have been in that moment. Women who are intelligent, intuitive, and self-aware, but have found themselves questioning what they feel or staying longer than they should have. Not because they don’t know better, but because they’ve never been taught how to fully understand what they’re experiencing.

As a behavioral analyst featured on For My Man, Fatal Attraction, and Celebrity Crime Files, I’ve studied relationship dynamics from a perspective most people never see. I’ve analyzed the patterns, the behaviors, and the turning points—the moments where something could have been recognized earlier.

What I’ve learned is this: most relationships that become unhealthy or destructive don’t begin that way. They begin with attention, with connection, with what feels like potential.

That’s why my work is focused on helping women understand behavior—not just emotions, not just words, but what is actually happening beneath the surface. Because when you understand behavior, you stop being confused by it. You stop explaining things away. You stop second-guessing yourself, and you start seeing clearly.

Through my work, I help women recognize patterns early, understand the difference between attention and control, and break cycles that keep showing up in their relationships. This isn’t about becoming perfect in love. It’s about becoming aware, grounded, and aligned in how you choose.

Some women come to this work through conversation and reflection. Others through coaching, workshops, or speaking engagements. No matter the path, the goal is the same: clarity, confidence, and the ability to trust yourself again.

If you’re here, something likely resonated. And if it did, I invite you to learn more about who I am, the work I do, and how I support women in this space.

You don’t need more time to figure things out. You need the clarity to see what’s already there.
